Quality Control
Our products are complaint with industry specific quality standards
and we follow robust quality check processes.
For Shrivarad Polyfab, quality is not a statement but a way of life and means of survival and growth. We recognized that the maintenance of quality standards in all activities is the key to our success and reputation. The company is therefore committed to a policy to provide a product which fulfil the requirements and expectations of our overseas customers in all ways.
In order to achieve this commitment, a documented quality management system which meet the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 has been established under which the Management is responsible for determining measurable objectives for customer satisfaction and the aspirations of the company. At Shrivarad, the entire team right from Management to operators at the shop floor are responsible for the quality of the product that is designed and produced at the facility. All employees are empowered to give input in designing and manufacturing of each unit and have the authority to shut their workstation down, when and if, they suspect non-conformities and must resume only once the root cause of the problem is identified and irreversibly corrected through whatever means deemed necessary. Employees and supervisors, along with management, collectively work together and strive for zero non-conformities.
Also, a fully equipped laboratory with trained and competent personnel are available focusing all time on customer needs and expectations. In-coming goods like PP granules, masterbatches or any other input required in the manufacturing process, in-process material right from PP tapes to fabric, webbing, thread etc. and finally finished bags, all go through several steps of quality checks to ensure the highest standards of quality.
A system is designed right from the receipt of granules to the completion of bag production involving a series of processes. Company intend to offer a highest quality of product providing optimum value to the customer commensurate with cost. The system is maintained by ongoing verification activities together with appropriate training and education of those involved and the overall improvements sought are monitored as part of the regular management review of the system.
